Each year, STUDIO hosts or participates in a variety of events and projects that highlight the importance of bringing art into the lives of children. STUDIO's ideal means of sharing its mission with the public is through display of children's artwork. While exhibitions give young artists the opportunity to share their creativity and pride, they also present the public with compelling evidence of the benefits of providing children with quality arts experiences.

STUDIO also finds innovative projects that enhance the organization's work and bring greater benefits to the children, teachers, and parents it serves. With over 30 years of experience in arts education, STUDIO draws on best practices and long term partnerships to continually expand its proficiency, the quality of our programming, and outreach to new audiences. STUDIO also prides itself on fostering the best in private and public partnerships that help the community work together to bring new resources available to its young artists. These collaborative relationships enhance the capacity of each partner to enrich children's lives with art.

NYC-TV, a partner of NBC, recently visited STUDIO's Gallery on 1 East 53rd Street to cover the opening for our current exhibition A... is for Art: Alphabet Books by Children. The two minute segment featuring STUDIO will be playing on the green strip to the right as well as airing daily on NYC-TV until the exhibition closes on May 24.
