View images from Young Visions 2017 at Christie’s New York

More than 400 young artists attending more than 55 different New York City public schools, daycare centers, and Head Starts from all five boroughs had their artworks on view in Young Visions 2017. The exhibition, displayed at Christie’s New York, celebrated the creativity and unique individual and collective experiences of young artists.

Jeff Koons visits a group of 2nd graders at PS 145 in Manhattan

American Pop Artist Jeff Koons recently visited 2nd grade students participating in Studio in a School’s Long Term Program at P.S. 145, The Bloomingdale School, in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The students engaged in a discussion about art with Mr. Koons, and they also got the opportunity to present their own portraits, explained the inspiration behind them and why they made their artistic choices.
