Now in its third year, the Studio Institute’s Multi-Media Intensives is a series of after-school art classes for high school students in collaboration with the New York City Ballet. Students worked on figure drawing with ballet dancers, saw a New York City Ballet performance, attended a tour and rehearsal of the Ballet, and met New York City Ballet Art Series artist Jihan Zencirli. Inspired by the figure in motion, students created digital animations and collages that were exhibited in a culminating reception of student work at the Lincoln Center.
