We are excited to share that Studio in a School was recently featured on NY1, highlighting the impact of our arts education programs in New York City public schools.

The segment takes viewers inside a classroom at P.S. 145M on the Upper West Side, where Studio Artist Instructor Nina Berinstein leads students in creating imaginative collage “dream city blocks” through our Long-Term Program. The story celebrates the creativity, curiosity, and confidence that flourish when students have access to high-quality arts education led by practicing artists.

The feature also spotlights Studio’s mission to bring working artists into public school classrooms across New York City’s five boroughs, providing meaningful arts experiences for more than 30,000 students each year.

We’re grateful to NY1 for showcasing the importance of arts education and the incredible work of our students, teaching artists, and school partners.
