Langdon Graves grew up in beautiful, lush Virginia where she learned from her grandfather how to draw and be discerning about piecrust. She received her BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University and her MFA from Parsons in New York City, where she currently lives and works.

Langdon’s work has been shown throughout the United States, Europe and Australia and has appeared in Art News, the New York Times, Juxtapoz, High Fructose, Beautiful Decay and Gestalten. She has attended the Fountainhead Residency in Miami and the Kunstenaarsinitiatief Residency in the Netherlands, and is a recipient of Canson and Beautiful Decay’s Wet Paint Grant.
