Matthew Mahler is a visual artist primarily exploring painting and drawing. He holds a BS in Art Education from Hofstra University and an MFA in Painting from CUNY Queens College. Mahler has exhibited his work throughout the United States most notably having had solo shows at Sardine (NY), Heliopolis (NY) and One River Art + Design (NY). He has been working as a teaching artist in New York City with students ranging in age and ability since 2009 in both public and private settings.
