Artists can create a sense of movement and animation in their artwork by arranging and drawing objects in dynamic ways.
Arrange an item of clothing to look as if it is in motion. How can you arrange your clothing to show different kinds of movements? Try to make your clothing look as if it is running, flying, jumping or dancing.
What is your favorite way to move your body? How can you arrange your clothing to show that movement?
As you arrange your clothing in different ways, look closely and make quick sketches of each arrangement. Label each sketch with the action that your clothing is doing. How did you make your clothing come to life?
